Welcome to Blueberry Road.

I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a future clinical herbalist sharing stories about plants and pouring small batches of hand-crafted, ethically sourced lip balms and lotions.

I spend a lot of time on Blueberry Road, both literally and figuratively.

In the real world, it's a dirt road with wild blueberry bushes lining the sides of it. There are wild roses, goldenrod, and wetlands where amphibians can thrive and people can kayak. It is a formative place where one can learn how to connect with plants and forage in a respectful and reciprocal way.

Our figurative Blueberry Road that we can spend time in together serves the same purpose. Jump into the blueberry patch and learn about plants with me. Together, we will forage, garden, prepare herbal remedies, and learn about herbalism through a nuanced lens: seeking to understand the plants through the data that western science has to offer, while always paying attention to the past.

Herbalism on Blueberry Road doesn't disregard ancestral and indigenous wisdom, and it doesn't scorn western science. Balance in all things.

Welcome to Blueberry Road.

Blueberry Road is a real place.

Welcome.
